Here’s what our standard service covers:

  • SEO optimized Listing Creation, promoted on our personal website, as well as the 3 largest platforms: Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com

  • Sophisticated Pricing Software, with frequent manual adjustments.

  • Co-create with info provided by you, a House Welcome Manual.

  • Accept and respond to all inquiries and guest communication

  • Coordinating a smooth check in/out transition.

  • Collect reservation fee and damage deposit and/or credit card on file from each tenant prior to occupancy

  • Schedule and coordinate Professional turnover cleaning.

  • Review all guests (to help the chances of gaining reviews on the property)

  • Order all supplies (toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) for home as needed

  • Schedule all handyman repairs

  • Email monthly income / expenditures statements and disperse earnings

Listing thru Stay - A to Z service

Listing thru Stay - Quality Control. Open your home to me or my team to stay (min 3 nights): we will complete a list of items to improve/change, optimize your listing copy and layout, take some photos as needed, etc. We work with you to create the perfect listing and guest stay experience from A-Z.

$450 for local listings (100 miles from Boulder, CO). Further locations we would have to assess based on travel requirement.

You provide the photos and we do the arrangement, create the title, write the copy and adjust all the settings. We can offer this service for new and existing listings.

$150 per Listing.

Are you wanting to give Co-Hosting a go yourself but want a little advice?

Maybe you are looking to invest in properties to rent out short term and don’t know where to start.

  • Full access knowledge share with Zeona on various topics including: Real Estate Investment (finding/analyzing deals, financing, strategy planning), Airbnb Management, Early Retirement, Travel & more.

“Zeona's place was very nice. The location is very good and close to lots of restaurants on Delmar Boulevard and other fun activities. Forest Park is very nearby which is a beautiful place to go any day to walk to see nature to hear the birds sing. The house itself is comfortable with good heating and air-conditioning. The hardwood floors are nice, the furniture is nice, the beds are very comfortable ,there are two, and there is a cute little back porch in the backyard to sit out and relax. Home Clearing, Cleaning, & Organizing

In our years of experience, we have learned that this is an energetic business. Homes need to be cleared and prepared energetically & spatially (creating space for guests) to be successful — not only attracting a high volume of guests, but also the right ones. We love to connect with owners to help prepare their spaces. *This service is most important for Clients who are renting out their personal homes to guests. You do not need to be under our management service to request this service.

Our fee is $50/hr for this service and we can bring along a cleaner for deep clean work if requested for an additional $35/hr. If this requires travel (outside of Boulder County, CO), those costs will pasted on to the client (flight / boarding — we would send one person & they will happily stay in the home).

  • We work with owners to set an intention for the space. How we want it to perform, protect + nourish guests, who we would like to attract, etc.

  • Physically go through the home in a multi-day sorting, discarding, organizing journey to create space for the incoming guests. We want cabinets, closets and all drawers to be tidy so that guests don’t need to go hunting for things they need.
